Situated within the CBD enclave of Amoy Street, Stay Gold Flamingo is a cocktail bar fronted by a coffee & wine bar.

The dual-identity concept is a culmination of their passion, and presents an exciting and spirited ‘third place’ for the community in celebration of life, libations and music.

    🍷 Now Pouring: Wines by Simon Gastrein

    From the hills where the northern Rhône meets the Pilat natural park, Simon Gastrein crafts wines that are honest, expressive and deeply rooted in place. Working with minimal intervention and great respect for nature, his approach allows each vineyard, vintage and grape to speak clearly.

    A former chef turned vigneron, Simon’s wines balance precision with instinct — vibrant Rhône varieties, thoughtful élevage (including amphora), and a focus on freshness, texture and drinkability. These are wines shaped by terroir rather than trends.
