Driven by a passion for mixology, they have aimed to extend their culinary vision into the bar world, creating not just a bar but a place where new combinations are explored, ancestral flavors surprise, and an atmosphere of international charm is created.

Bartender-Founder Valerio is also a certified Sommelier and was trained at highly acclaimed Jerry Thomas Project.

Join us as he whips up 3 Signatures and 3 Classics, with the likes of Dirty Sour Martini, Garibaldi and Napoli Old Fashioned.
